Nigerian Minister Commends WAMY's Educational Programs in His Country
Riyadh, October 20, 2024, SPA -- The Jigawa State Commissioner for Higher Education, Dr. Isa Yusuf, praised the efforts of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) in supporting education in his country and nurturing youth. He also praised WAMY's continuous commitment to implementing high-quality programs that achieve academic excellence for students.
This came during a ceremony held by the WAMY's office in Nigeria under the patronage of the Jigawa State Governor, Umar Namadi, to distribute partial scholarships to 50 male and female students from eight Nigerian universities.
The ceremony was attended by several senior officials and parents who expressed their appreciation for WAMY's keenness to care for and support their children's education, contributing to their excellence. They also thanked the government and the people of Saudi Arabia for their generous support in everything that qualifies their children and prepares them for a bright future.
