Kyrgyzstan to play against North Korea within 2026 FIFA World Cup

Kyrgyzstan’s national team will play against North Korea today, Oct. 15 within the third round of 2026 World Cup Qualifiers.
The match against the two-time World Cup participants will take place at the Dolon Omurzakov Stadium in Bishkek.
A special show program will be organized for football fans.
In this round, 18 national teams are distributed into 3 groups of 6 teams.
Based on the results of the matches of this stage, the top two teams from each group will receive tickets to the world championship.
The third and fourth place teams will advance to the fourth round, where two more World Championship participants will be determined. One more spot can be obtained through an intercontinental playoff.
Kyrgyzstan’s national team is in Group A, which also includes the national teams of Iran, Qatar, UAE, North Korea and Uzbekistan.
