Digitalization minister on Kyrgyzstan's key achievements in AI implementation

During the Turkic states forum on Artificial Intelligence in Bishkek, Minister of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan Nuria Kutnaeva spoke about the key achievements of the country in the field of AI implementation.
The minister noted the system of monitoring of Population Service Centers (PSC) using artificial intelligence. Since March 2024, the State Enterprise “Infocom” has been implementing a project to develop a system for monitoring the work of the PSCs based on artificial intelligence.
“The main purpose of the system is to control the actions of employees and analyze video streams, which helps to improve the quality of service and reduce the probability of errors. A pilot project will be launched today. It is expected to lead to a significant increase in transparency and efficiency of public services, which is an important step towards the digital transformation of our country,” Kutnaeva said.
The digitalization minister also told the forum guests about a chatbot for interaction with citizens. The second example is the development and implementation of a chatbot for interaction with the population. The chat-bot is designed to process citizens' requests, provide answers to frequently asked questions and route requests to the appropriate services. Its integration with communication channels such as social media and public service websites helps improve communication between the government and citizens, and speeds up the resolution of problems that arise.
“This solution helps make public services more accessible, responsive and user-friendly.
These initiatives represent an important step towards the digitalization of public administration and strengthening Kyrgyzstan's position in digital transformation. The introduction of artificial intelligence into government processes allows for more efficient use of resources and better interaction between government agencies and society,” Kutnaeva added.
The Turkic States Forum on Artificial Intelligence has started its work in Bishkek on Wednesday. It is an innovative two-day event that will bring together representatives of government agencies, leading experts in the field of artificial intelligence, representatives of business, academia and the IT community from the Turkic countries, the Central Asian region and the whole world.
