Kyrgyz tour operators take part in tourism exhibition in Paris

The annual International Tourism Exhibition "France IFTM-2024" is being held in Paris from September 17 to 19, where leading players in the global tourism market present their products and services.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that a delegation from Kyrgyzstan, including representatives of tourism companies and the "Fund for Support of Tourism Development in the Kyrgyz Republic" OJSC, is participating in this prestigious event.

The delegation is headed by President of the "Fund for Support of Tourism Development in the Kyrgyz Republic" OJSC Taichabarov, accompanied by employees of the Fund and representatives of tourism companies such as "Asia Expedition", "Ak-Sai Travel", "Inspiro Travel LLC" and "Economad". The opening ceremony of the Kyrgyz stand was held with the participation of Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to France, Sadyk Sher-Niyaz, as well as representatives of the Fund and other members of the delegation.

Kyrgyzstan's participation in such a significant international exhibition was made possible by the active support of the "Fund for Support of Tourism Development in the Kyrgyz Republic" OJSC and the assistance of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in France.

As part of the exhibition, the Kyrgyz delegation organized a number of meetings and negotiations aimed at promoting the country's tourism opportunities. Particular attention was paid to B2B meetings in order to establish partnerships between Kyrgyz and French tour operators.

On the first day of the exhibition, meetings with representatives of French travel companies demonstrated significant interest in Kyrgyzstan as a new promising tourist destination. French companies expressed a desire to visit the country for a more detailed study of the possibilities of cooperation with Kyrgyz partners.
