Guidance over Preparations for Sowing Winter Wheat Brisk in DPRK

Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- The Agricultural Commission of the DPRK is intensifying the guidance over winter wheat sowing.
The commission has sent the agricultural guidance organs at all levels the multimedia program and technical data on the excellent farming techniques and methods of the regions and units which have proved successful in wheat farming this year so that the relevant regions and units could apply them to suit the specific conditions.
Meanwhile, measures have been taken to provide a tele-questioning and answering system for farming techniques through mobile network for sci-tech dissemination and exchange.
Officials concerned are organizing the work to give technical guidance to the farms in conformity with their specific conditions.
And agro-technical measures are being taken to solve the problems arising in practice.
The commission is ensuring that the relevant units step up the production of combined soil management machines and wheat sowers. And it learns about the repair and maintenance of farm machines at all the agricultural production units so as to surmount the shortcomings. -0-
