President of the Russian Federation to Pay an Official Visit to Mongolia
Ulaanbaatar, August 30, 2024 /MONTSAME/. In commemoration of the 85th anniversary of the Battles of Khalkhin Gol, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will pay an official visit to Mongolia on September 3, 2024.
During the visit, the two Heads of State will hold official talks, exchange views on relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Russia, and participate in the Signing Ceremony for the Documents to be established between the Governments of the two countries.
Chairman of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve and Prime Minister of Mongolia Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai will pay a courtesy call on President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and discuss bilateral relations and cooperation.
This year marks the 85th anniversary of the Battles of Khalkhin Gol, the 75th anniversary of the Mongolian-Russian Joint Venture Company "Ulaanbaatar Railway," and the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Treaty between Mongolia and the Russian Federation on Friendly Relations and Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
