Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Meets with Nauru President

Nuku'alofa, August 28, 2024, SPA -- Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir today met with President David Ranibok Adeang of the Republic of Nauru. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 53rd Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting, held in the capital of the Kingdom of Tonga, Nuku'alofa.
Al-Jubeir conveyed to President Adeang the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and their wishes of further progress and prosperity for the government and people of Nauru.
President Adeang conveyed his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, wishing the government and people of Saudi Arabia continued prosperity and well-being.
The two sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to develop them in various fields. They also discussed the most prominent topics on the meeting's agenda.
Saudi Ambassador to Australia and Non-resident Ambassador to Tonga Sultan bin Fahad bin Khuzaim attended the meeting.
