South Hwanghae Province of DPRK Expands Successes in Farming

Pyongyang, July 14 (KCNA) -- Officials and agricultural workers in South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK cleared out ditches and drainage channels and finished the fourth-round weeding of maize fields after the Tenth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
They raised the grass-cutting result thrice as compared with that in the corresponding period of last year and made innovation in the third-round weeding of paddy fields and leaf fertilizing. -0-
