New Energy-Saving Oxygen Heat Blast Furnace

Pyongyang, June 18 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex in the DPRK are now making a trial run of a new energy-saving oxygen heat blast furnace.
The complex has established more custom-built equipment, including medium frequency induction furnaces and large-scale oxygen separator, and completed another Juche-based project to provide a guarantee for increasing iron and steel production. -0-
