Qatar Charity Organizes "Khair Houses" Humanitarian Exhibition

Doha, March 31 (QNA) - Qatar Charity organized for the first time the "Khair houses "exhibition for the products of families, in cooperation with the Cultural Village "Katara." The two-day exhibition aimed to achieve the program's objectives in strengthening family relationships and spreading the culture of entrepreneurship and sustainability, and to provide families with the opportunity to share their experience with society and market their products.
The exhibition contained pavilions designated for each of the families participating in the program, which included various products, ranging from clothing, food, paintings, ceramics, and incense, in addition to organizing artistic workshops for exhibition patrons. The participating families expressed their happiness with the program and the exhibition, as they said that the idea of the exhibition was wonderful and provided the opportunity to market their products more widely.
The participating families were keen to consider the standards set by the program, as all the products with which the families participated were handmade products made by the families themselves, and recyclable materials were used, in addition to the participation of children in implementing the corner and selling the products.
Director of Programs and Community Development at Qatar Charity Abdul Rahman Al Hajri extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Cultural Village "Katara" for their cooperation and continued support for Qatar Charitys activities. He said that the program seeks to achieve several goals, the most important of which is encouraging families to support humanitarian work and consolidating the foundations of social solidarity. Developing their skills in entrepreneurship and linking them to humanitarian work.
For his part, Director of Events and Cultural Affairs Department in "Katara" Khaled Abdel Rahim Al Sayed said that hosting the Khair Houses Exhibition comes within the framework of Katara's social responsibility to promote and spread charitable and humanitarian work among all members of society, especially in Ramadan, the month of giving and solidarity, stressing their keenness to host various events, programs and activities that Supports charitable and volunteer work.
