National Guard Commander meets Pakistan Navy Commander

Islamabad, Mar. 15 (BNA): General His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, National Guard Commander, met with Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Commander of the Pakistani Navy, at the Command Headquarters in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad. The meeting took place on the sidelines of His Highness's official visit to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to participate in the celebrations of Pakistan Day, which falls on March 23.

The Pakistani Navy Commander welcomed the visit of His Highness the President of the National Guard to Pakistan, aimed at enhancing military relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

HH The Commander of the National Guard praised the advanced levels of military cooperation and exchange between the two sides, underscoring Pakistan's significant role in maintaining regional and global security and stability through its armed forces.

The meeting discussed topics of common interest aimed at enhancing cooperation on all fronts, particularly in the military aspect.
