Iran's national beach soccer team faced Argentina in their second match in the 2024 World Cup and advanced to the quarterfinals of the world competition after gaining a 6-3 victory.
in their first match, the Iranian players were victorious over Spain on penalty shootouts on Thursday.
The top two teams of each group will advance to the quarterfinals.
The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup is being held in Dubai from Feb. 15 to 25.
