Basra Crude Oil Achieves Slight Weekly Gains

 Baghdad (NINA) - Basra crude oil achieved slight weekly gains, with global oil prices recording weekly gains due to tensions that kept prices high.

Basra Heavy crude closed in its last session at an increase of $1.28, reaching $76.34, and recorded slight weekly gains of $1.79, equivalent to 2.4%.

While Basra Average crude closed in its last session at an increase of $1.28, reaching $79.14, and also recorded slight weekly gains amounting to $1.59, equivalent to 2.5%.

Global oil prices recorded weekly gains amid continuing tensions in the Middle East, and the two benchmark crude oils are heading to rise by 5.7 % each during the week./End
