ANAMA: 734,7 hectares of liberated territories cleared of mines and UXOs over past month

“During the mine-clearing operations in Tartar, Aghdara, Aghdam, Khojaly, Kalbajar, Lachin, Khankendi, Khojavand, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil and Zangilan districts 123 anti-personnel and 40 anti-tank mines, as well as 203 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) were found and neutralized from January 1 to 31,” Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency said in a statement.

“As a result, 734,7 hectares were cleared of mines and UXOs,” the agency added.
