Commercial Bank Reports Net Profit of QR 3.010 Billion

Doha, January 24 (QNA) - The Commercial Bank reported a net profit of QR 3,010,227,000 at the end of 2023, compared to QR 2,811,108,000 in 2022. This increase was supported by improvements in operating income and growth in net interest margin.
    In its financial results announcement for the year ending on Dec. 31, 2023, the bank mentioned that its net profits grew by 7.1 percent, resulting in an earnings per share of QR 0.71, compared to QR 0.66 for the same period in the previous year.
    The bank further stated that its Board of Directors proposed a cash dividend distribution of 25 percent for 2023, subject to approval by the annual general meeting. (QNA)
