AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023/ Uzbekistan Qualifies for Round of 16

Doha, January 23 (QNA) - Uzbekistan qualified for the round of 16 of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 after drawing 1-1 against Australia during the match that brought them together Tuesday at Al Janoub Stadium in the third and final round of Group B competitions.
   Uzbekistan raised their tally to five points in second place in Group B behind Australia, which strengthened its position at the top of the group with 7 points, and had secured its qualification ticket since the last round.
   The two teams performed well during the match, which took place in the presence of a crowd of 15,290 spectators, as they exchanged control and possession, as well as scoring goals. (QNA)
