Director of Public Security: Police Collage Offers High-Level Training Programmes

Doha, January 18 (QNA) - The Police College offers high-level training programmes, which reflects on the performance of its graduates, said HE Director of Public Security Maj. Gen. Abdullah Mohammed Al Suwaidi.
In remarks marking the graduation ceremony of the 6th batch of candidate students of the Police College, HE Al Suwaidi said that the graduates of the Police College are remarkably competent, which is evident in the performance of officers from previous batches, thanks to the police sciences and high-level training programs that the college provides.
His Excellency expressed his happiness at the joining of a distinguished group of people from the country to work in the various departments of the Ministry of Interior, to be an aid and support to their fellow officers, and to work hard to combat crime and provide outstanding security services, indicating that the Ministry of Interior, represented in all its departments, is very keen on developing security work and paying attention to human resources.
He noted that the establishment of the Police College and then the Police Academy came with the aim of qualifying and graduating competent, skilled and highly qualified officers in security work, stressing that a lot is expected from the new batch of officers. He voiced confidence that they will live up to the responsibilities that will be placed upon them. (QNA)
