Arab Masters Tennis Championship Semi-Final to Be Held Wednesday

Doha, December 26 (QNA) - The two semi-final games of the Arab Masters Tennis Championship, hosted for the first time by the Qatar Tennis, Squash, and Badminton Federation (QTSBF), will be held in Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex with the participation of 16 players from 8 Arab countries. The first game joins the Syrian player Mohammed Hazem with Egyptian Mohammed Safwat, whereas the Lebanese Hadi Habib meets Tunisian Mohammed Daggaz in the second game. The championship concludes on Thursday, in which the winners of these games will face each other in the final, while the losers will compete for the 3rd and 4th position. Director of Public Relations at the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation, Ahmed Butti, confirmed that the participants’ praise of the organizational level of the tournament reflects the keenness of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation to provide all the factors that contribute to the success tournament. He noted that the tournament is a good opportunity for Arab players to meet and exchange experiences by playing strong matches, considering that the performance witnessed in the main round and the quarter-finals confirms that this edition is a distinguished one, as well as expecting that excitement will mount in the semi-finals.
