Asian Cup 2023 Ceremonial Round Kicks off 

Doha, December 20 (QNA) - The Local Organizing Committee of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 announced the start of a festive round in Qatar from 21 to 31 Dec. 2023, with less than a month from the start of the first game as the fans anticipation and excitement are escalating. 
   The round witnessed the creation of event areas for the Asian Cup in selected locations in Qatar (the host country), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, allowing fans to learn more information about the sporting event, and take souvenir photos with the championship trophy, and with members of the Sabouk family, the official mascot for the eighteenth edition of the tournament, in addition to organizing a variety of activities, including the opportunity to win souvenirs from exclusive products bearing the continental championship logo.
   The events will take place in Qatar at City Center Doha and Mall of Qatar, in Saudi Arabia at Riyadh City Boulevard and Dhahran Mall, and in the UAE at the Global Village in Dubai, in addition to Al Reem Mall in Abu Dhabi.
   More details about the celebratory tour will be announced through the 2023 Asian Cup Qatar accounts on social media channels.
   Qatar is preparing to host the Asian Cup for the third time after its success in organizing the 1988 and 2011 editions. In the next edition of the tournament, 24 of the best teams in Asia will compete to win the tournament title following 51 matches held in 9 stadiums, from Jan. 12 to Feb. 10, 2024. (QNA)
