ISPARTA (A.A) - 23.06.2009 - Flights will begin between a Turkish Mediterranean city and Iran on Thursday, the governor's office said on Tuesday.
The Isparta Governor's Office said that Iranian Taban Air and Zagros Airlines would launch flights between Isparta and Iran as of June 25, for the summer season.
The flights will end on October 23.
Planes, bringing tourists from Iran to the Mediterranean coastal province of Antalya, have been landing at Suleyman Demirel Airport in Isparta instead of Antalya Airport since 2007. Tourists are going to Antalya by cars or buses.
