Ministry of Justice Organizes Training Courses for Law Practitioners in Government Bodies

 

Doha, December 07 (QNA) - Today, the Ministry of Justice concluded five training courses organized by the Ministry's Center for Legal and Judicial Studies for a number of law practitioners in various ministries and government bodies. 
    The courses addressed various legal topics, including "preparing and drafting contracts and contractual responsibility"; the "provisions and applications of Law No. 25 of 2005 regarding the commercial registry"; the "skills of inquiry and investigation into administrative and financial corruption cases" in addition to other related topics.
    These courses are part of an integrated training plan developed by the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies to keep pace with the country's training needs in accordance with national development strategies and in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030 in its pillar related to human development.
    Director of the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Ministry of Justice, Dr. Saleh Ali Al Fadala, stressed the importance of these specialized training courses, in building and developing the legal capabilities of Qatari researchers and legal specialists; developing the legal and practical skills of participants in these courses; and maximizing the benefit from them for the benefit of the ministries and government institutions that designed these courses to meet their training needs.
    These courses constitute an important factor in achieving the Qatar National Vision 2030 through its human pillar that supports development projects. (QNA)
