Iran beach wrestlers win world championship
Tehran, IRNA – The Iranian team has won the championship title of the 2023 Beach Wrestlers World Series held in Dalaman, a city in southwestern Turkey, on October 14 and 15.
The Iranian beach wrestlers won two gold, one silver, and one bronze medal at the competitions.
Hossein Abbasour in the 80-kg category, Hadi Vafaeipour in 90kg, Mohammad Alitabar in +90kg, and Hamid Reza Zarrinpeykar in 90kg managed to gain the colorful medals respectively.
After Iran with 80 scores, Turkey and Georgia with 77 and 44 points stood second and third.
