KAUST, DOW Chemical sign Industrial Cooperation Accord

Jeddah, June 17, SPA -- Professor Choon Fong Shih, President of King
Abdullah University for Science and Technology (KAUST) inked here
today a contract with Andrew N. Liveris, Chairman & CEO of the
renowned and 112 years-old Dow Chemical to sponsor the industrial
cooperation with the University.

President of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology
pointed out that the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University is to be a catalyst
to transform the Saudi economy to the a scientific economy through
the integration of scientific research works to be conducted by the
researchers.
