Sadyr Zhaparov takes part in informal meeting of CIS leaders in St. Petersburg

Bishkek, Dec. 27, 2022 / Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov took part in an informal meeting of the leaders of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States in St. Petersburg (Russian Federation). President of Russia Vladimir Putin delivered a welcoming speech, expressing gratitude to everyone for accepting the invitation and coming to St. Petersburg for the traditional informal New Year's Eve meeting. President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, analyzed specific measures to strengthen the Commonwealth's capacity during his chairmanship in 2022. He also wished great success to President Sadyr Zhaparov in the coming year, in which Kyrgyzstan will chair the CIS. The event was attended by Presidents of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
