VIETNAMESE WUSHU ARTISTS ARRIVE IN MACAU
Hanoi (VNA) – Nineteen Vietnamese wushu artists have arrived in Macau , China , for the 2009 Asian Youth Wushu Championship slated from June 8-11.
Five men and three women will compete in sanshou (combat) event and 11 others will
take part in Taolu (performance).
The male artists include silver Asian medalist Tran Van Kien (48kg), silver world
medalist Hoang Hong Tu (52kg), bronze world medalist Do The Vu (60kg) and two top
national honours Ban Van Trong (56kg) and Le Van The (65kg).-Enditem
