Sadyr Zhaparov leaves for Armenia to participate in CSTO Collective Security Council session

Bishkek, Nov. 23, 2022. /Kabar/. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov left for a working visit to Yerevan (Armenia) to participate in the regular session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). According to the press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the heads of the member states of the Organization will discuss the current situation in the area of ​​responsibility of the CSTO and topical issues of international security. In addition, it is planned to sign a number of documents aimed at strengthening the alliance between the CSTO member states, as well as regulating the activities of the Organization. Within the framework of the session of the Collective Security Council, the leaders of the CSTO countries will sum up the results of the chairmanship in the Organization of Armenia and hear information on priority areas of activity during the chairmanship of Belarus.
