99 thsd tons of bananas imported from Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan this year

Bishkek, Nov. 22, 2022 /Kabar/. Since the beginning of the year, 99 thousand tons of bananas have been imported from Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said. 112.3 thousand tons of bananas were imported to Uzbekistan in January-October 2022. The volume of imports of bananas increased by 53.2 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period last year. Uzbekistan imported the most bananas in 10 months of 2022 from Ecuador - 111.4 thousand tons, Kazakhstan - 426 tons, Turkiye - 197 tons, India - 144 tons and Kyrgyzstan - 99 tons.
