Agricultural production in Kyrgyzstan increases by 8.4% - EEC

Bishkek, Sept. 9, 2022. / Kabar /. Agricultural production in the EAEU increased by 0.9% in 7 months of 2022, the Eurasian Economic Commission reported. In January-July 2022, agricultural production in the Eurasian Economic Union in farms of all categories increased by 0.9% compared to January-July 2021 and amounted to USD 52.9 billion. Growth was observed in Kyrgyzstan - by 8.4%, Kazakhstan - by 2.1% and Russia - by 1.8%. The production of the main livestock products increased: livestock and poultry for slaughter (in live weight) - by 3.3% compared to January-July 2021, milk - by 0.7%, eggs - by 2.3%.
