SCO. Growing new pole of world

In the near future, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is expecting a major wave of expansion, the foreign press announced the forthcoming Samarkand summit of the organization’s leaders like this. Geopolitical transformations prompted 10 countries at once to improve their status in the SCO. The mood for integration is demonstrated by Southeast Asia and the Arab states. That is, rapprochement is no longer regional, but civilizational. Oil-rich and quite prosperous Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, Syria and Egypt experiencing difficulties, Myanmar, Cambodia and Nepal from Southeast Asia - all these countries want to maintain dialogue and interaction in a new format. It is noteworthy that the Emirates want to immediately become a full member of the SCO, bypassing the status of an observer and dialogue partner. Well, the basis of the Shanghai association is the largest economies in the world, countries with nuclear technology, strong armies, where more than half of the world's population lives. 8 countries are SCO member states - the Republic of India, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the People's Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan.  4 countries have the status of an observer state at the SCO - the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mongolia.  6 countries are partners in the SCO dialogue - the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, the Republic of Turkey, the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Kyrgyzstan, as a state that stood at the origins of the formation of the SCO, within the framework of a developing global association, will certainly have the opportunity to discover new opportunities for the development of all industries, transport, logistics infrastructure and tourism. The first major international project for our country within the framework of the SCO will be the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway. The agreement on the construction of the highway is planned to be signed at the summit in Samarkand. That is, preliminary agreements between Beijing, Bishkek and Tashkent will move into the plane of practical implementation. What will this railroad give us? It will bring billions of investments to Kyrgyzstan, create thousands of jobs for both builders and railway workers. The budget will be heavily supplemented by receipts from international transit from mainland China. Goods will be delivered to Kyrgyzstan with minimal transport costs. Domestic products will receive direct access to the countries of the Persian Gulf, from where they diverge through ports around the world. By and large, this is a big start-up for Kyrgyzstan, the implementation of which will expand the potential and opportunities for our economy. That is why everything related to the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway project is personally controlled by Sadyr Zhaparov who is in contact with Xi Jinping and Shavkat Mirziyoyev on this issue. Therefore, at the celebration of Independence Day, the head of state confidently stated: “We will build the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway.” Undoubtedly, this is a flagship project, and its implementation with the support of the SCO will expand the possibilities of geopolitical interaction between the members of the association. That is why at a meeting with the Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Zhang Ming, held in Bishkek in May, Sadyr Zhaparov emphasized that the practical implementation of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway construction project could be a significant step towards the full disclosure of the region’s transit potential and would connect not only our states, but also many countries and regions of the entire Eurasian continent. Analysts and experts from different countries, observing the evolution of the SCO, note that the conjugation of the interests of all participants, uniting and striving for a common goal can lead to the construction of a super-economy and, moreover, on new principles. The association's area of interests, resource base and human potential are so extensive and even inexhaustible that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is transforming into a new pole of the world that is gaining strength. For example, Turkiye, despite being a member of NATO, does not observe the development of the SCO from the outside. President Erdogan recently said that he was going to take part in the SCO Summit in Samarkand. The Turkish leader's statements are quoted by the TRT channel: “We say that we want to either join the Shanghai Five or become observers in the organization and partners. For example, China is coming, on the other hand, Saudi Arabia and Qatar will come. We aim to be there with them. If nothing extraordinary happens, I will also attend the meeting. We will discuss the prospects in more detail there.” Samarkand will receive distinguished guests on September 15 and 16. In fact, this summit will become a new starting point in world history. And it is very important that this history is being written not only before our eyes, but is being created with the direct participation of Kyrgyzstan as a full-fledged participant in the global integration process based on the exceptional principles of trust and mutual understanding.
