Kyrgyzstan plans to introduce ban on ferrous metal export

Bishkek, July 14, 2022. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan submits for public discussion a draft law on the introduction of a temporary ban on the export of scrap and waste of ferrous metals from the republic outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). According to the document, the ban is planned to be introduced for a period of six months. The ban will affect scrap and waste of ferrous metals, ingots of ferrous metals for melting (charge ingots).
