Kyrgyzstan to host EAEU Youth Forum

Minsk, June 21, 2022. /Kabar/. A youth forum will be held in Kyrgyzstan in August as part of a next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Commission, Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Azamat Zhamankulov told. He added that a protocol agreement has already been signed. "The event is planned to be held annually in the presiding countries," the minister said. The Belarusian capital city of Minsk is hosting on June 20-21 a regular meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council under the chairmanship of Kyrgyzstan. The delegation, led by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov, participated in the meeting of the Council in a narrow format. EAEU heads of government are expected discuss some issues related to the introduction of marking of goods with identification means in the Union, the establishment of a commission on cooperation and import substitution in priority and high-tech industries, and the Program of joint actions of the EAEU member states in the field of consumer protection.
