Kyrgyzstan, Bashkortostan discuss development of trade, economic and investment co-op

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan hosted a meeting of Deputy Economy Minister Veronika Isaeva with First Deputy Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Russian Federation) Lena Izotova. The press service of the Kyrgyz Economy Ministry reported that the meeting was attended by officials and business communities of both countries: the Kyrgyz side was represented by representatives of Kyrgyzindustry OJSC, while the Bashkir side was represented by representatives of UAP Hydraulika JSC and Bashinformsvyaz PJSC. During the meeting, the sides discussed the development of trade and investment economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Isaeva informed about the measures taken to protect business and urged the business community to actively cooperate. The parties exchanged views and concrete proposals on intensifying cooperation and joint implementation of major investment projects.
