Azerbaijani Energy Minister to take part in int’l energy transition conference in Germany

BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 29. Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov will take part in the 8th Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue Conference 2022, which will be held from March 29 through 30, Trend reports with reference to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy. The minister is expected to take part in panel discussions on "Driving factors of just and social energy transition" Shahbazov is visiting Germany at the invitation of the country's Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Robert Habeck. Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue Conference 2022 has been held since 2015. This is the main international event dedicated to the global energy transition. More than 70 ministers of foreign affairs and energy, more than 20,000 virtual participants from more than 130 countries are taking part in the event.
