BAKU, Azerbaijan, Mar. 12 Trend: Some 25.24 percent of the electors have already cast their votes in the presidential elections of Turkmenistan by 09:00 (GMT +5), Trend reports via the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of Turkmenistan. According to the Comьission, 25.03 percent of the electors voted in Ahal Region, 27.40 percent - in Balkan Region, 25.68 percent - in Dashoguz Region, 24.37 percent - in Lebap Region, 24.64 percent - in Mary Region, and 25.78 percent - in Ashgabat.
