Iran has fair theory to deal with new world situation: Larijani
Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said Sunday that Iran has had, as a responsible and influential country in the region, a fair theory to deal with the current regional and international crises.
“Iran has formulated a security and political theory for the restoration of peace and prosperity to the region with the help of all its neighboring states,’ said the speaker in an address to the Majlis open session on Sunday.
He referred to Iran as an “active, responsible and inspiring player” at the regional and international scenes that believed “it was its trans-national responsibility to enter constructive interactions with other countries.”
Larijani divided Iran’s post-revolution era into four different stages including the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the hard days of Saddam Hussein’s eight-year imposed war against Iran, the period of stabilizing the Islamic establishment and finally the time of reviving the glory of the Islamic civilization and culture.
Larijani stressed that in the fourth stage of the Islamic Revolution’s life, Iran has to play a more active role at the regional and international scenes and help the current world face its present challenges which are the hegemony of the big powers and lack of spirituality.
