Kyrgyzstan’s tally of coronavirus cases surpasses 193,000-mark

Bishkek, Jan. 20, 2022. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan’s overall count of coronavirus cases has reached 193,028 on Thursday. The latest report of the country’s Health Ministry show that 870 new cases were revealed in the last 24 hours. Of the new cases registered, 600 were recorded in the Kyrgyz capital city of Bishkek. In addition, 266 coronavirus patients have recovered in the past day, taking the total count of those discharged from hospitals to 181,692. As of today, hospitals of Kyrgyzstan are providing treatment to 1,040 patients, and 5,961 people are being treated at home. Meanwhile, novel coronavirus killed 4 more Kyrgyzstanis, bringing the nationwide death toll to 2,842.
