Tokayev thanks Sadyr Zhaparov for support during tragic events in Kazakhstan

Bishkek, Jan. 14, 2022 . / Kabar / . President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov held a phone talk with his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, his press service said Friday. During the conversation, the Kazakh leader expressed gratitude to Sadyr Zhaparov for support during the tragic events in Kazakhstan, as well as informing of the beginning of the withdrawal of the CSTO peacekeeping contingent from the country. The leaders also discussed a number of current areas of Kyrgyz-Kazakh bilateral and regional cooperation.
