Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz receives Pilot of 1st Aircraft of King Abdulaziz

Riyadh, May 21, SPA--Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz has received at his
palace here Pilot Joe Grant, the captain of the first aircraft of
late founder King Abdulaziz, currently on a visit to the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia.
During the reception, they exchanged talks on the
beginning of aviation in the Kingdom, and memories of Grant (age 101
years) in his two-year service to late King Abdulaziz.
The meeting was attended by Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz,
President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities and
Chairman of Board of Directors of Saudi Aviation Club; Prince
Abdulaziz bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Chief of General
Intelligence, and a number of princes and officials.
