Serbian FM may visit Kyrgyzstan to intensify bilateral cooperation

Bishkek, Dec. 3, 2021 . / Kabar /. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev and Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Selaković held a bilateral meeting on the margins of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Stockholm. The press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported that the sides discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation. Minister Selaković expressed his readiness to visit Kyrgyzstan in 2022 in order to intensify bilateral cooperation. For his part, Ruslan Kazakbaev, noting the importance of expanding the legal and contractual framework between the countries, submitted for consideration by the Serbian side drafts of various agreements, as well as the draft roadmap for cooperation between the two countries for 2022-2025. In conclusion, the foreign ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Serbia expressed interest in developing economic cooperation, including transport projects underway in the region.
