Secretary of Security Council of Kyrgyzstan takes part in meeting of III Regional Dialogue on situation in Afghanistan in New Delhi

Bishkek, Nov. 11, 2021 / Kabar /. Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyzstan Marat Imankulov took part in New Delhi (India) in a meeting of the third regional dialogue on the situation in Afghanistan, the press service of the presidential administration of the Kyrgyz Republic reported. An exchange of views took place on topical issues of regional security, including in the field of countering terrorism, extremism, separatism, transnational organized crime and drug trafficking in all their manifestations. The meeting was also attended by national security advisers and secretaries of the Security Councils of India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. It should be noted that this was the first time the Afghan problem was discussed in this format. The meeting resulted in the adoption of the Delhi Declaration on Strengthening Interstate Cooperation in the Context of the Situation in Afghanistan.
