Kyrgyz president congratulates elder people

He noted that the people of the older generation convey to younger generation their optimism, good spirits and faith in bright ideals, carefully preserve traditions, customs, historical and cultural values. “And our task is to create decent living conditions for an elder people, to promote their active participation in the life of society,” President Zhaparov stressed.
