Kyrgyzstan adds 76 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Oct. 1, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan added on Friday 76 new COVID-19 cases, raising the total tally to 178,608.
The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 reported the recovery of 99 more patients raising the total recoveries in the country to 173,305.
No deaths were recorded over the last day, the death toll remains 2,607.
Currently, 436 patients with coronavirus are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 779 patients are being treated at home.
Kyrgyzstan has started COVID-19 vaccine jabs on March 29 after receiving Chinese donated vaccine. In, addition the Central Asia country received Sputnik V vaccine from Russia in April and Astra Zeneca in July.
A total of 828,803 people have been vaccinated in Kyrgyzstan so far, 623,707 of them received both doses.
