Kyrgyzstan reports 59 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Sept. 27, 2021. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported on Monday 59 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, raising the tally of infections to 178,317.
The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 reported the recovery of 64 more patients, raising the total recoveries in the country to 172,912.
2 new deaths were reported over the last 24 hours, bringing the nationwide death toll to 2,602.
Currently, 491 coronavirus patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country. Another 834 patients are being treated at home.
Kyrgyzstan has started COVID-19 vaccine jabs on March 29 after receiving Chinese donated vaccine. In, addition the Central Asia country received Sputnik V vaccine from Russia in April. For to-date, the country has administered 803,862 vaccines.
