82 new cases reported in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 13, 2021 /Kabar/. 82 new cases were reported in Kyrgyzstan on Tuesday, bringing the total to 177,308 with 1,621 cases in the active stage. 605 of the active cases are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 1016 patients are being treated at home, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said. A total of 171,650 people have been successfully cured and discharged from hospitals so far, out of which 127 were discharged during the past 24 hours. The headquarters also reported 2 new deaths, raising the death toll from the infectious virus to 2,576. Kyrgyzstan has started COVID-19 vaccine jabs on March 29 using China-donated vaccine. To date, a total of 681,078 people have received their first vaccine shots against COVID-19, while 445,231 have taken two doses.
