Iraq, Czech Republic Discuss Progress Of Bilateral Relations And Mechanisms For Their Development

Baghdad / NINA / - Iraq and the Czech Republic discussed the progress of bilateral relations and the mechanisms for developing them to serve the interests of the two peoples. A Foreign Ministry statement said that Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein received the Czech ambassador Martin Vitek on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic duties in Baghdad, and they reviewed the progress of bilateral relations between Baghdad and Prague during the last period, and the mechanisms for developing them to serve the interests of the two friendly peoples. The minister wished the ambassador success in his future diplomatic missions, calling for an increase in the volume of trade exchange between the two countries, and for encouraging Czech companies to engage in the Iraqi market and take advantage of investment opportunities in the reconstruction of Iraq.
