Bishkek hosts Days of Russian Culture

Bishkek, Aug. 13, 2021. / Kabar /. Days of Russian Culture are being held in Bishkek, the press service of the Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan reported. On the occasion of the beginning of the Days of Russian Culture, Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic Kairat Imanaliev and Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Yarilova gave joint media interviews about cultural cooperation between the two countries. After that, they witnessed an exhibition with the participation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The official opening is held in the Big Hall of the Kyrgyz National Philharmonic building. Welcoming remarks were made by Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic Kairat Imanaliev and Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Yarilova. Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic Nikolai Udovichenko, representatives of the diplomatic corps, public and cultural figures, the Russian diaspora in Kyrgyzstan, residents of the city and guests attended the opening ceremony.
