AZERBAIJANI MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND SLOVAK DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER SING MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION

Baku, 13 May (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Minister of Justice Fikrat Mammadov and Slovak Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice Stefan Harabin signed Tuesday in Baku the memorandum of cooperation.
Mr. Mammadov told of achievements being implemented in the field of judicial system. He underlined that 20 percent of Azerbaijani lands were occupied by Armenia and over 1 million citizens became refugees and IDPs.
Mr. Harabin praised legal reforms being carried out in the country. He invited Azerbaijani Minister to visit the Slovak Republic.
Early in the day, Stefan Harabin attended the opening ceremony of the new building of Azerbaijan Supreme Court. He also visited the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev and eminent ophthalmologist Zarifa Aliyeva. In the Alley of Martyrs, he paid respect to brave sons of Azerbaijan, who gave their lives for territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
