Minister of Islamic Affairs Chairs Meeting

Riyadh, May 08, SPA--The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments,
Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, who is
also the Chairman of Executive Council of 8th Conference of Ministers
of Endowments and Islamic Affairs chaired here today a meeting of the
Preparatory Committee of the Conference due to be held in Jeddah on
May 23-24 under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
At the outset of the meeting, the Minister was briefed by
chairmen of various committees on the progress of the work carried
out in preparation for hosting the Conference titled " Intellectual
Security; Role of Ministries of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and
Guidance in Its Achievement" in which 62 Arab and Islamic countries
will participate.
