Kyrgyzstan, Russia debate co-op issues in field of education

Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia Gulnara-Klara Samat held a meeting with Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Alexander Yakovenko. The press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported that during the meeting, the sided discussed cooperation issues between Kyrgyzstan and Russia in the field of education, training of diplomatic personnel and professional development of the teaching staff of educational institutions of the two countries. As part of the preparatory program for future diplomats, which aims to introduce specialists in international relations to the diversity of cultures and traditions of the peoples of the world, as well as diplomatic practices, the Kyrgyz ambassador met with students of the university, whom she told about the culture, traditions and customs of the Kyrgyz people, visited the Museum of International Etiquette and Culture. "At the end of the meeting, Gulnara-Klara Samat handed over national souvenirs for the Museum's fund," the report said.
