President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of condolences to his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yushchenko over the loss of lives in an explosion occurred in Dnepropetrovsk.
“I was deeply grieved to learn about loss of human lives caused by explosion in the city of Dnepropetrovsk. I extend my sincere sympathies and condolences to You, families and relatives of the dead, and wish the speedy recovery of the injured”, the Azerbaijani leader said in the message.
